Artisan Oak Return Policy

We offer 7 day hassle-free returns. Please read carefully below.

Immediate Resolution:

(Within 1 Week of Delivery):

If your Artisan Oak whiskey tumbler is delivered with a crack or leak that renders it unusable within the first week of delivery, we are here to help. We will happily replace it at no additional cost to you. Please email us a photo within 7 days of your delivery. Include the defect along with your replacement request to begin the process. Please email all requests to support@artisanoak.com

All products with cracks must be returned unused. If your cup leaks at delivery please send us pictures and we will process a free return within the first week.

If you have received a wrong product, please email us and we will send you a free label to then ship you the correct shipment.

All cash refunds are charged with a 3% fee to accommodate for credit card charges.

Support for Longer-Term Issues:

(Between 2 Weeks and 6 Months):

For any concerns that arise after the first two weeks and up to six months from the date of purchase or delivery, Artisan Oak offers a credit valued at 50% of your tumbler's purchase price towards a future purchase from our offerings. This offer excludes items marked as FINAL SALE. Please see final sale items below.

General Satisfaction Returns:

We strive for complete satisfaction with every Artisan Oak product. If you are not entirely pleased with your oak whiskey tumbler or any other item we offer, you may return it in good condition within two weeks of purchase or delivery for a full refund. Please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. At Artisan Oak, we are dedicated to crafting products that enhance your whiskey experience. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we aim to make every interaction with our products a positive one.

Restocking Fee:

We reserve the right to apply a $10 restocking fee for all orders that are returned to us. This fee is to cover the processing and handling costs associated with restocking the returned items.

Final Sale Policy

Personalized Products:

Once an order for personalized oak whiskey tumblers or any custom item has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

Final Sale Items:

Products marked with a "Final Sale" tag at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully, especially when selecting personalized options, and to reach out with any questions or concerns before.
